The FAQs
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to make any changes.
Once you place your order, please allow 2-5 business days to process your orders. Our orders are booked on overnight courier (Rural not included) and should be delivered the next day once shipped. However, please allow 1-3 days due to high demands on Courier companies currently.
Internationally, it should take 7-10 business days for delivery depending on your location. Some additional delays may be present due to high demand on courier services worldwide currently.
After processing your order within 2-5 business days you will receive your tracking code through the email address used at checkout.
Once your order is shipped a tracking link will be sent to your email providing you with tracking details you can refer to at any time.
Internationally, our Economy shipping option will only provide you with tracking information up until it reaches the destination country.
Economy Tracked shipping option will provide you with tracking information right until it reaches your door.
